The main subject of the thesis is the presentation of portable instruments to conduct an optometric eye examination at patient's home based on distributor's equipment offer. The first part includes the report of full procedure of an optometric eye test including necessary instruments to carry out examination. Second part is the short characteristic of instruments used during an optometric eye exam. In the third part the main distributors of optometric equipement on the polish market have been pointed. Fourth part of the thesis is dedicated to the current offer of portable optometric equipement on the basis of the tenders received. Last, fifth part is the presentation of four sets of instruments adapted to budget and optometrist's needs.
