The aim of this thesis is a study of cell membrane poration by means of electroporation. Use of the microprobe with two integrated electrodes for the constant-voltage electroporation of cancer cells is verified by in-vitro measurements. The Influence of electric field on the electroporation efficiency was analysed. Furthermore, the photoporation process and its applications have been described and both methods of cell poration are compared.
