Lev 1.0 raw data includes ASCII files:
Daily files without header. The data includes following columns:
For WXT520 Vaisala:
day,month,year,hour,minute,sec, wind direction min wind direction, wind direction max, minimum wind speed [m/s],
mean wind speed [m/s], maximum wind speed [m/s], air temperature, relative humidity [%], pressure [hpa], 
total precipitation [mm], total time of precipitation [s], rain rate [mm/h], total hail [mm], hail rate [mm/h],
Heater temperature, Heater voltage, power supply voltage

For MetPAK:
day,month,year,hour,minute,sec, wind direction, minimum wind speed [m/s],
mean wind speed [m/s], maximum wind speed [m/s], air temperature, relative humidity [%], pressure [hPa], dew point.

Lev 1.5 matlab file.
Data from this level includes corrected optical properties.
